It's no secret that pistachio is one of our favorite ingredients. When it comes to cake design, we aim for perfection, just like with our beloved Pistachio Mille Feuille in the past. After receiving numerous requests for a larger version of the Pistachio Paris Brest, we decided to create a chiffon cake rendition. The texture is light and airy, yet bursting with the bold flavour of pistachio. The addition of raspberry and salted caramel creates a magical flavour combination and adds layers of deliciousness. The elegant minty colour comes naturally from the pistachios themselves, making it as pleasing to the eyes as it is to the taste. Overall, we are thrilled with this cake creation and hope that everyone enjoys it as much as we do.

Order Details

  • We highly recommend placing your order early. Cut off time for next day orders is 11:00 PM.
  • South Yarra store pick-up times are 11:30am-4:45pm on weekdays, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Melbourne CBD store pick-up times are 12:45pm-6:30pm on weekdays, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Minimum order of $55 is required for delivery

Delivery Details

  • Deliveries made between 12:30pm-4:45pm.
  • No specific timeframe. ETA via SMS and driver contact upon arrival.
  • Delivery is limited to specific postcodes. Opt for pick up if outside of delivery zone.
