FAQs

Q: Do you take orders for custom cakes?

A: While we appreciate your interest in a custom cake, our customers choose us for our unique designs and creations. We take pride in offering a wide selection of cakes that cater to various tastes and preferences. We're confident that you'll find something you love from our menu.

Q: Can I request changes to a cake design?

A: We understand that you may have specific requests or preferences for your cake, but we kindly ask that you respect our creative process and designs. Our team works hard to craft beautiful and delicious cakes that everyone can enjoy. We're confident that you'll find a cake from our menu that meets your needs.

Q: What is the recommended lead time for placing an order?

A: To ensure that we have enough time to prepare your cake to perfection, we recommend placing your order 5-7 days in advance for normal days and 9-14 days ahead for festive seasons.

Q: Are gluten-free, nut-free, egg-free, dairy-free, vegan, vegetarian or halal cakes available?

A: We offer some gluten-free options, but please note that most of our cakes contain almond meal. Our cakes are halal-friendly as we use beef gelatine (excluding those containing alcohol), but they do contain dairy and eggs. Unfortunately, we do not offer vegan or egg-free options at this time.

Q: How long can the cake be stored?

A: For optimal freshness and taste, we recommend storing your cake in the fridge at all times. When stored at 2-5°C, your cake will remain delicious for up to two days. We advise finishing the cake within two days at most.

Q: How long can I keep my cake at room temperature?

A: We strongly recommend storing your cake in the fridge at all times. If necessary, most of our cakes can be kept at room temperature for up to 60 minutes. During the heat season, a cool bag will help keep the cake safe.

Q: What is the best way to transport the cake?

A: We advise keeping the cake box flat, away from direct sunlight, and placing it on the floor of your car, never on the back seat. Ensure your boxes are secure and won't slide around, and if you plan to travel long distances, use a cooler bag. During winter, try not to turn on the heater, and in summer or warm days, turn on the air conditioning and avoid putting it in the car boot. When available, keep it in the fridge. Please note that we cannot be responsible for any damage incurred during transportation, so it is crucial to follow these instructions carefully.
