Soft mandarin sponge is layered with smooth Valrhona dark chocolate mousse, finished with a mandarin marmalade slow cooked for over three hours. A gentle touch of ginger and a hint of pineapple lift the finish, keeping the flavours clean and balanced.

  • South Yarra store pick-up times are 11:30am-4:45pm on weekdays, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Melbourne CBD store pick-up times are 12:45pm-6:30pm on weekdays, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Minimum order of $55 is required for delivery
