For Lunar New Year, the kumquat (金桔) symbolises wealth and prosperity. Its golden colour and round shape have long been associated with abundance and good fortune. Small in size, yet rich in meaning.

This cake brings that tradition into a light, modern form. Vanilla whipped ganache is layered with bright kumquat confit, crisp chocolate feuilletine and soft almond sponge. Fresh, balanced and quietly prosperous, a gentle way to welcome the year ahead.

  • South Yarra store pick-up times are 11:30am-4:45pm on weekdays, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Melbourne CBD store pick-up times are 12:45pm-6:30pm on weekdays, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Minimum order of $55 is required for delivery

  • No specific timeframe. ETA via SMS and driver contact upon arrival.
  • Delivery is limited to specific postcodes. Opt for pick up if outside of delivery zone.
