We’ve partnered once again with Montague Farms to celebrate the short and special season of the KISSABEL® Apple—a rare Australian variety grown in Narre Warren North, known for its naturally pink blush and bright, balanced flavour.

Inspired by its colour and the quiet comfort of classic pairings, Pomme Pomme brings together layers of KISSABEL® apple compote and jelly, cinnamon bavarian cream, and vanilla crème pâtissière, all resting on a soft raisin and almond jaconde. Creamy, fragrant and just right amount of sweet—this is autumn, gently wrapped in cake.

  • South Yarra store pick-up times are 11:30am-4:45pm on weekdays, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Melbourne CBD store pick-up times are 12:45pm-6:30pm on weekdays, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Minimum order of $55 is required for delivery
