Fresh corn is slowly cooked in lightly salted water, then blended into a smooth purée and baked into a Basque cheesecake. The flavour is full and direct, naturally sweet without going too far.

Finished with a light corn diplomat cream and corn dusting. Comforting, familiar and easy to enjoy. It's a cake for everyone.

  • South Yarra store pick-up times are 11:30am-4:45pm on weekdays, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Melbourne CBD store pick-up times are 12:45pm-6:30pm on weekdays, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Minimum order of $55 is required for delivery
