A French Charlotte with a romantic twist — light chiffon layers, silky vanilla whipped ganache and the fruity brightness of Valrhona strawberry couverture. At its heart, house preserved raspberries and strawberries bring depth and sweetness, topped with a crown of fresh berries and fruity mousse love hearts.

Order Details

  • We highly recommend placing your order early. Cut off time for next day orders is 11:00 PM.
  • South Yarra store pick-up times are 11:30am-4:45pm on weekdays, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Melbourne CBD store pick-up times are 12:45pm-6:30pm on weekdays, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Minimum order of $55 is required for delivery

Delivery Details

  • Deliveries made between 12:00pm-4:45pm.
  • No specific timeframe. ETA via SMS and driver contact upon arrival.
  • Delivery is limited to specific postcodes. Opt for pick up if outside of delivery zone.
