This signature cake brings together the depth of black tea and the brightness of sour cherry in a way that feels both bold and serene. Inside, you’ll find layers of velvety black tea whipped ganache, tender chocolate sponge, tangy sour cherry compote, and a delicate shortbread crumble for just the right crunch.

Now refined into an even more balanced and elegant version, Winter Forest is a cake that lingers—one bite, and you’re somewhere quiet, somewhere deep, somewhere still.

Ingredients: Vanilla White Choc Whipped Ganache, Sour Cherry Confit, Shortbread Crumble, Black Tea Whipped Ganache, Sour Cherry Compote, Chocolate Feulletine, Chocolate Sponge Cake.

Order Details

  • We highly recommend placing your order early. Cut off time for next day orders is 11:00 PM.
  • South Yarra store pick-up times are 11:30am-4:45pm on weekdays, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Melbourne CBD store pick-up times are 12:45pm-6:30pm on weekdays, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Minimum order of $55 is required for delivery

Delivery Details

  • Deliveries made between 12:00pm-4:45pm.
  • No specific timeframe. ETA via SMS and driver contact upon arrival.
  • Delivery is limited to specific postcodes. Opt for pick up if outside of delivery zone.
