Kumquat is bright and gently tart, with a natural citrus perfume.

Layered with vanilla white chocolate mousse, bright kumquat confit, crisp hazelnut feuilletine and soft hazelnut sponge. The citrus lifts, the hazelnut rounds it out, and the textures move from smooth to delicate crunch.

Fresh and balanced, with just enough contrast to keep each bite interesting.
